Very basic and simple screening by a recruiter. They did not have much knowledge of the position. Asked the basic resume questions. Deferred any questions to the next level (if you get there). Ghosted after following up several times on the status. Recruiter said, "any questions, you can text or call." Got a thanks but no thanks email 7 weeks after initial screening.
