Interview
I met with two of the owners and had a casual, really lovely conversation outside the tasting room. The interview was simple and I really got along with them, but we never discussed money. They sent me an offer letter via email 3 days later and the salary came in about $20K less than I wanted (and about $30-50k less than the Sacramento average for this job title). When I asked if there was any room for negotiation, the offer was rescinded with the owner telling me that she "doesn't want to start a relationship with someone who would even ask."
I dodged a bullet, and I am writing this review so you can dodge it, too. These people are unreasonable and very odd.

Question 1
They did not ask me anything about money and that should have been a warning that the salary was low and non-negotiable.
