Interview
The interview happened in two parts. There was a regular interview with a senior manager. There were also technical questions involving knowledge of basic chemistry concepts before the interview started.

Be prepared for a basics review of chemistry in the form of a basic quiz. Be prepared for a very fluid conversation about anything and everything during the interview. Be sure to ask for a tour of the lab before leaving.

Interview
First there was a quiz (general chemistry, orgo, dimensional analysis). Next, two of the employees spoke to me about the company. We mostly discussed my research experience. Finally, I spoke to the CEO about the role that I was applying for.
