They were super friendly and responsive before the interview—sending reminders, acting like they really cared. Interview also went well they spoke about joining soon. But the moment the interview was done, they vanished. No feedback, no updates, nothing. If you're going to ghost candidates after making them invest their time, at least be honest upfront. Totally unprofessional.
