Interview
I received an invitation to a 15-minute screening call with the two founders one day after I applied. During the call, we introduced ourselves, and then they asked me a series of questions about my experience, which I had to answer quickly and concisely due to the limited time. They seemed interested in my experience developing another STEM educational platform and mentioned the next steps: a take-home assignment followed by a technical interview. I told them I would be going on a trip the next day, and we agreed to continue the process when I got back a week later. However, I never heard from them after that. I tried reaching out a couple of times when I returned, but I didn’t even receive a formal response indicating they had decided not to proceed with me. They simply ghosted me.
