I applied through their web site and have been interviewed by an onsite panel. Later have been scheduled for a discussion with India office panel. The questions asked by both the panels are structured and more or less the same. While the onsite panel who has been known leader in industry appreciates the responses and work, the panel from bangalore while behaving professionally put obstacles for further movement of the application. As the team is small, have heard from other participants or those who have worked, this person is not allowing competitive people to get into the company and hence the positions are vacant for quite long time.
