Interview
Had a 2 hour technical interview on campus after which I was selected for an onsite interview. Had another round of 1 hr technical interview along with HR and Manager interview. I thought he on-site interviews went pretty well. However I got a call after a few days saying they are not going ahead with the process.

Interview
Phone interview followed by on-campus interview followed by 3 more phone interviews. On-campus interview went well. Follow up interview more based on programming concepts and JAVA.
Lots of managerial type questions like why should we hire you, why this job, your negative and positives, strength and weakness, what did you do at your current job that was appreciated, feedback from current manager.
