I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mathnasium (Miami, FL) in Jul 2017
Interview
Fairly long; involved various personality assessment as well as math assessments. Couple of video interviews. Needed to speak to corporate, then franchise managers. Did not get to interview in depth with person to whom I would be reporting.

Out of the assessment results, which were my strengths in the workplace
Interview process was pretty smooth. I got a message from a recruiter on Indeed and got connected with the regional manager to be interviewed with. They wanted someone more with business background.
The first round was a phone interview with some basic questions like have you had experience with kids or in education. It was very smooth and clear in their interview process.
I heard back about my application and had all my interviews scheduled quickly. There is a math test that was part of the application and two interviews. Looking for personality more than skill.
