I applied online, then took a math assessment in person. After that I was asked to come into the center and experience the job firsthand while the director asked me about how I would fit the role.

Interview
Interviewer focused on my experience working with children. For the technical mathematical knowledge, there will be a math test for that, and not during the interview. Because you will be working with children, it is important for you to know how to and/or have experience working with children.

Interview
Interview process includes a mathematics test that ideally the employee achieves a score of 85% or higher, as well as a short verbal interview on educational success and performance in mathematics courses ranging from pre-algebra to pre-calculus.
The interview process included both an interview to review company policies and expectations and then a comprehensive (approx. 2 hours) math test to make sure you are qualified to teach the material.
