Interview
Cold emailed, came in to take a test and some typical behavioral questions: why are you interested in math, what experience do you have teaching. Conversational. Seemed fairly unregulated and since they want customers the phone is always a good way to reach them. Answered emails quickly and were very professional.
Easy middle school to high school level math questions. Gave you an hour for questions that took less than 30 minutes in total. Graded lightly as well so very hard to do bad on.

very easy interview, asked about experience and availability. The interview is also super quick and they try to know what level of math you know up to.
