Application -> Questionnaire -> Technical Test -> Technical Interview -> HR Interview -> Take home test ( fix 2 x issues on their open source product) -> final panel interview
Very dragged out process, took around 3 months. Need to always follow up with them. At the last stage was told they needed to interview two more people, didn't hear back for 2 weeks. Followed up and said they were still interviewing candidates. Another 2 weeks I followed up, said there were more delays.
