Interview
3 virtual interviews all within one week- #1 phone call with recruiter, #2 with Hiring Managers, and #3 with Creative Director. Everyone was super friendly. I thought the interviews had gone well, but after 3 weeks, I got an email saying the requisition had been canceled.
The interview process had two rounds of calls on teams. One with HR and the second with the team’s manager. They were all very professional and pleasant to talk to with.

They asked about prior toy design work both professional and personal
I had a preliminary phone interview that essentially made sure I could verify that my portfolio was my own and if I had projects that may be relevant to the work that were omitted due to space. After that I had a second video interview with the heads of the departments I would be working with in which I was asked a series of questions that seemed to be more about if I would be a good fit for the team culture since they had seen my work already. I was asked to describe one project from start to finish. It was a fairly straightforward interview and I found every question to be relevant and reasonable.
