The process was very thorough and lengthy, so you get the sense that they take hiring extremely seriously, and look to retain employees as much as possible. With the exception of 1-2 people, the interviewers were extremely nice. I really appreciated the company's transparency in terms of compensation structure, as well as their efforts to introduce their corporate culture.

Multiple rounds; included hiring manager, dept head, and a couple culture committee members. Oddly, did not meet with team member with whom I'd work closely with. Two of the four interviews were professional and informative.
