The interview process was pretty easy going, absolutely no pressure. They asked scenario type questions and want to get to know you as a clinician and as a person. Felt more like a conversation.

What would you do if faced with conflict in the work environment?
Quick. Over the phone. Scheduled date to come into office. Provided availability and cases given based on that. Recruiter was pleasant but could tell she was new. One partial day of training was offered but I was told I could stay as long as I needed until I felt comfortable.

They made it very easy. It was brief very accessible, and I felt all my questions were answered. I feel overall it was a very good experience. There was a quick and easy online application that did not take very much time to complete at all, and it was very user-friendly.
