I applied online, and got an (Skype) interview, Unfortunately, I did not know and did not think to prepare in Spanish as well, and the interview was pretty much over as soon as it began. She said she would possibly get in touch with me to arrange a second interview, but I knew that wasn't going to happen, as she only asked me a few questions at that point. I did prepare by reviewing Glassdoor, which was very helpful, as mentioned, she did make it clear she would be asking questions that may not seem appropriate in the US, but that they need to know for such a commitment. I just was unprepared for the first questions to be in Spanish!
