Maximus Functional Assessor RGN interview questions

Via a recruitment company. First required to do an MCQ 'Situational Judgement Test', followed by a telephone interview with the recruitment company, followed by a written online test with a scenario of a service-user and how you would holistically assess them. Upon passing this, I was invited for a face-to-face interview with the CHDA (operated by Maximus) with a two-person panel - one clinical manager and one non-clinical manager. The interview was about an hour long - twelve questions in total requiring in-depth answers usually including an example from your own practice. I was informed by the end of the day that I had been offered the position.
