it was before Covid , so it was in the office, in a special Linguaphone room, the tasks recorded, you have to listen to a different kind of pronunciation, different speaking speed, accents, answer questions out loud. No written test or typing test. The results were informed in a few days.

There were like 8 Q to test your ability to speak a foreign language, one was to express your point of view on a current global pollution situation.
Group interview. If interviewing you are chosen to move forward. During that same interview process if you want to move forward you were asked to to your shift time. Once the call is complete. You will get consent form for your background and things of that nature in your email. So the on boarding process is fairly easy.
