Maxlence Consulting interview questions

I interviewed at Maxlence Technology for QA Engineer (manual + automation). There were 4 rounds – HR screening with basic manual/automation questions, then two technical rounds, and last HR. I cleared first 3 rounds. After the final HR round they just ghosted me. I mailed and texted many times, no reply for 1.5 months. Then suddenly they replied “sorry your profile not shortlisted.” Very unprofessional behavior. If someone clears 3 rounds, they at least deserve a proper update instead of ghosting.
