MayCom Communications interview questions

Panel with company operations manager and assistant company operations manger. I was working for the company as a location manger. Due to certain abilities I was able to look into this postilion. This position deals with 46 locations and their loss control. I took pride In what I did in my current position to open the doors to this opportunity. The process was formal and many questions were presented but I an very comfortable environment. Dress professional and show your drive.

Applied and within a week had a phone interview with HR. After that I had an in person interview at the location itself with the store manager. Very laid back and had to answer the basic questions like how did you overcome an objection and how do you handle a difficult customer. Got an offer right after the interview from the manager.
