I had two interviews. The first over the phone. It lasted 15 minutes. Very robotic in the style. Got a second , face to face. I prepared and was very excited. Upon arrival, the panel (minus one) looked at me with zero emotions. Which I understand in an interview but the vibe was as if this was a waste of time for them. One member was multi tasking & barely listening to my responses. When I left I was told they interviewed over 300 applicants & I was their last. As if they couldn’t wait to be done. This was disappointing. Then two weeks later I received an extremely generic email letting me know I was not selected. I understand I wasn’t the right fit & that’s ok but treat people with kindness. We work hard to interview , show some ounce of Dignity and respect. Guess I thought more of this organization.
