Initial interview with two employees who would be peers. Answered questions on past experiences and how to address potential challenges in the position. Follow up interview required a 5 minute, 5 slide presentation on how to approach a potential project, as well as an impromptu case study in front of departmental leadership.
Job position changed following the interview, and was removed from consideration after moved from 100% remote position to hybrid and Mayo revoked company reimbursed travel expenses.
