Straight forward. written portion that is a combination of all past previous writtens, a sim interview where you teach and show your flying skills, panel interview on a lesson then followed with more in-depth questions
Talked about core values as a flight instructor then taught one technical subject area from the PTS. From there, had a SIM interview that demonstrated teaching ability followed by an FIA-style written exam.
