McBrides Accountants interview questions

Had to email HR why i wanted to work there and my ambitions to pass the screening. Then had a meeting with HR to go more into depth about my education, studies i want to pursue etc etc. They didnt even bother to call me back though i gave strong answers and my ambitions aligned with what they were seeking in a candidate. To add to that, they offered 21k with no hybrid working. What a joke. These places need to respect graduates more. Followed up with an email about my application and shock horror, no response.
