I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at McCarthy Building (Austin, TX) in Feb 2017
Interview
It was an in-person interview that lasted 30 minutes. The interviewer was relaxed and we started off having a normal conversation and later asked more behavioral questions. I think it went very well and I'm currently waiting to hear back from them.

Thinking back to high school, how would your best friend describe you?
Several interviews over a few months time. Very lengthy process and not a lot of urgency on the company's part. Good experience overall, but not eager to pursue new talent.

They asked a lot about work history and technical capability
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at McCarthy Building (New York, NY) in Dec 2022
Interview
Everyone I talked to was great. They also had me do a "psych" eval and a type of critical thinking eval. While the numerical assessment and the critical thinking one were fun to do. I hate the "psych" evals because it asks ridiculous questions that you then have 5 options to choose from Strongly disagree to strongly agree. For example "I enjoy working for a company that is for profit"... WHY would I care. I am looking for employment not to volunteer... All those psych evals are bull and have been proven bull. All they do is get you fake people who know the "right" answer.

The company took over three months to finally get back to me after a series of very successful interviews. Even though I repeatedly sent exploratory emails and calls as to my whether I passed my interviews or not, all I got was radio silence. very disappointing experience
