I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at McCarthy Building (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview process was very smooth. Talked to a couple of recruiters at the career fair at my university, landed an interview with them at my university the day after, got invited to a career day at one of the McCarthy offices, and got a call with a job offer a week later

Interview
Interviewed with the Hr specialist first. Generally it’s get to know you interview and after I interviewed with the project manager and project director for the job I was going to be on. Both meetings were virtual and hour long roughly but more of knowing who you are so brushing up on your talking and people skills.
Long and thorough. Interviewed with multiple employees. It wasn’t daunting by any means but they want to ensure you are the right fit for the company. They treated our interview group extremely well.

Interview
Interviews after campus career fair. After interview there was a long process involving 3rd party testing that seemed unnecessary. The interview itself was good. Recruiters were friendly and wanted me to do well.
