Started with a 30 minute call with the recruiter who reached out on Linkedin. Based on that conversation, I was invited out for a 2-3 hour interview at their office. I passed the work challenge they gave me, then met with two individuals separately to discuss my qualifications and past experiences. The recruiter and BOTH in-person interviewers asked basically the same questions but would all respond differently. The conversation seemed to flow and go well.
2 days later I received a basic, one-line rejection email. If you're going to waste everyone's time asking the same questions over and over again, you think I would have been screened out during the first phone call instead of paraded around the facility for 3 hours.
