I suddenly received a phone call at 9:30pm one night. I was not asked whether it was a good time to speak and was not told that it was going to be a 30 minutes phone interview. I thought it was very disrespectful of them to call so late but decided to continue with the process. I was eventually asked to go into the office the next day for a round 2 face to face interview. Eventually I was offered the job, however the package offered was lower than my previous income. When I highlighted this and requested for a discussion I was ignored and never heard from them again.
