The interview consisted of 3 steps. 1st: meet Dev Manager, and 1-2 members of the team. 2nd: Complete a take home dev task involving some basic full stack development. 3ed: Come in for an in person interview where the whole dev team attends and meets you, as well as observes a think aloud coding task ~45 minutes
