Quick within a week you have an answer. Job functions given over zoom interview. Quick response But read below. Horrible place to work. Unclear training process. Job functions added every day. Poor management commutation. You are thrown to the wolves. They want you to help patients w/o clear knowledge on what you are doing then blame you! Patient Services Representatives hold the worst position here they do not train on everything this position needs. If you are not familiar with insurance as far as approvals or denials you will be tossed in like a deer in headlights no formal training in that either. Overall the company is a joke I don’t know how they even keep their open contracts!

I was literally strung along by this company (along with Works First) from 7/2022 until 2/2023. I was told they were offering a WFH position as well as support for obtaining the sleep tech certification, after which my dream job would await! I was told in July that this would begin in February. I completed countless interviews and “prep sessions” only to be ghosted for a couple of months. Then I was randomly contacted by text asking if I was still interested. I figured that they were working out the kinks and that things would be streamlined by February. Naively, I began the process again and trusted that this was a legitimate offer. Again, I participated in phone interviews and prep sessions only to be ghosted a second time. It is now February and I can’t get a response from Works First. I’ve been ghosted a third time. I’ve been told I will receive follow up from both companies. I have reached out for follow up from multiple people who tell me to hang tight for another week or two, only to be ignored when I reach out again. This process has been so profoundly ridiculous that I’ve been legitimately waiting for Ashton Kutcher to show up on a Zoom to tell me I’m being Punk’d. Unprofessional, unreliable, inconsistent and unethical all come to mind. Run, don’t walk, away from this company.
