Interview
In interview process, I cleared 1st round technical interview and then 2nd practical task. In the 3rd round final round just for basic information session. But they didn't take final round on time, they reschedule the final interview 2 times. Finally, 3rd round I gave. But still I am waiting for result, even I have mailed for that but they didn't reply.
I am very surprised about the company, I am thinking they do the same thing for other candidate also. It is very ridicules, they don't have care of your emotions, times and human behavior. It seems that they just need "Robots", only expect output. They do not believe or respect to any human.
Even they do not care about the reply by email, it seems that they have to face difficulties to write only few words like "Not selected", "On Hold", "Rejected", "Wait".

Interview
I interviewed for the digital marketing manager role at Media Clock in December. I had the introductory round of interviews where I was asked to provide basic details about myself and my experience. I didn't have the technical round. After a few days, I tried doing a follow-up for the technical round of interviews and its availability from the panel but I was very abruptly told by HR that the position had been on hold due to the Christmas and New Year holidays and post that never receive the feedback from this company. I was told by HR that they would close this position before the holidays as I was interviewed around Christmas time but to date no response from this company and it feels sad to invest time with such companies where they don't value either candidate or their time.
