applied through uni job board and email and heard back pretty soon, maybe like three weeks later? the second interview was booked right after the first. everyone was super kind and the questions weren't too hard, basic behavioural stuff first interview then more detailed questions about my resume in the second. had a good feeling about the second interview - they told me that my experience made me a great candidate for the role. that especially made me confident in a third interview invitation, but alas, nothing came out of it. i dont hold anything against them, but id advise them and any other recruiters to refrain from complimenting the candidates during the position - it can give them false hope. just my opinion. anyways seems chill enough
