A preplacement talk (with no PPT) of roughly 30 mins (they give a free pen to everyone :)).. immediately followed by the online aptitude test. Aptitude test consisted of 50 questions to be solved in 22 mins (impossible)with no negative marking. Some questions were extremely simple (eg: choose the greatest no. (a) 0.9 (b)1.2 (c)0.64). The trick is to just hurry hurry hurry and mark all the 50 answers. After submission of the test,a new window opens which has a psychometric test (no time limit) with questions like: Do you often get angry? a)always true b)mostly true c)sometimes T sometimes F d)mostly false e)always false. Shortlisting of the candidates was done solely on the basis of aptitude test. Next round, a pen and paper Technical test consisting of 21 questions on data structures(mainly linked list,trees),java,C++,C(what will be the output of the prog) and 10 questions on Software engineering(cohesion,coupling,etc). Results for the technical test were announced on the 2nd day after one more preplacement talk (with PPT now) (shortlisted candidates got a free coffee mug :) yay!) And then the technical interview. No announcement was made after technical interview stating that xyz student will go to the HR round now! Some students gave the HR..some didn't (don't know why?)some students were called 3-4 times for the interview (seriously?). It's been 2 days..and the final results are yet to come.
