MedicAlert interview questions

I had an interview for the position which I thought went well, but I did not hear back as to whether I would be moving forward in the interview process. I followed up multiple times and was repeatedly told "We are still in the process of interviewing candidates, and you will hear back once we have moved to the next round." After that, they ghosted me and I never received a response. I would have appreciated if they would have at least let me know they were moving forward with other candidates, instead of the radio silence I got.
