Medica Group interview questions

The interview process starts with a chat to the recruitment manager, followed by a formal interview and a final informal chat with the Senior Manager. The process differed slightly for me as I had been referred by a former colleague, so my process started with a chat with the Senior Manager, a screening interview with the recruitment manager and finally a formal interview with two technical Senior Managers.

I had several informal pre-interview calls with the company's recruitment specialist, which really helped, as she advised me what to look out for, what not to ask. It really helped my own abilities shine through. The interview itself was with two staff members who were very nice and patient.
