Towards the end of a medical billing and coding course that had lasted 4 months, the career services staff suggest I meet with this company. There was a telephone interview, then we scheduled an onsite visit. When I arrived, I was escorted upstairs, and after a short meeting with an administrative lead, I met with the Administrative lead. She offered me an internship at the initial interview!

She was very interesting in my handling of problematic clients. The question was open ended, and phrased "Tell me about a time where you had to deal with a difficult client, how you reacted, and how you resolved the issue"
