I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Medical Solutions in Jun 2021
Interview
I spoke to a recruiter first, then had a first interview with two senior developers. It wasn't bad at all, not terribly technical. Just a discussion about my experience and work and the work they were doing at Medical Solutions. I believe normally they do three rounds, but I only did two. The final interview was with a nontechnical director and a technical manager. It was pretty similar to the first one but with more behavioral style questions and a bit more in depth questions on higher-level tech stuff. There was no coding test or anything like that.

Question 1
I really can't remember specific questions. In both interviews, it was more of a conversation than an interrogation.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Medical Solutions in Apr 2025
Interview
It took almost three weeks to schedule an initial conversation with the recruiter that contacted me. I wasn't prepared for the random technical question asked as I expected that kind of stuff in another round.

Question 1
Mainly going over resume and talking about past projects
The interview process consisted of two rounds:
First round with management.
Second round with the team, focusing on technical aspects.
There were some behavioral questions, and the technical questions weren’t too difficult. Not sure why I wasn’t accepted—possibly due to market conditions.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Medical Solutions
Interview
Three rounds: First initial call then two panel interviews on teams. All interviews use random trivia questions and puzzles. These people lie and tell you what you want to hear. The managers hire randomly and people have only been with the company a year or two because or high turnover. Managers seem incompetent.

Question 1
How can you cut a cake with only 3 cuts to serve 8 people.
