Interview then Design Task. Design Task was commercial branding brief for the owner's side company seemed like they may have been farming ideas. Included designing the website, branding alongside packaging so was way beyond reasonable scope for a design assessment. Communication throughout the process was extremely poor and made me wonder if they were ever seriously hiring or were just trying to get designers to build out branding concepts without having to pay. The whole company seems a little suspect with little information online pointing towards other people working there so I'd be careful comitting too much time to any design tasks.

Brief interview with the CEO, Olivier appeared to have not even read my CV and seemed as if he didn't care less during the interview, complete waste of time unfortunately. Shame.
