This was the second round of interviews for the OMDP position. There was a mix of people from operations from the VPs and President to engineers in the OMDP. Overall the interview repeated a lot of the similar questions to learn about past experiences and how they could apply to the job. Everyone was very receptive.

Talked to the company at the career fair and got an on-campus interview with a VP of Operations and a HR recruiter. Got a call the next morning saying I had made it through the first round. Next step was to fly out to Chicago for a final interview with the entire Operations team. Very early morning flight and a packed schedule with 10 interviews over a whole day. Was told to expect to hear back anytime between a day and a month. Very friendly team and thought it went really well.
