Interview
HR scheduled the interview 2 rounds in one week which was quite quick .
1st Round was general , questions on what i have worked and scenario based questions related to QA , Automation and Performance mostly technical ones but no coding.
2nd Round was managerial , this was in depth based on architect point of view , how would you design framework , which tools you recommend for Security and PErformance to a new team. Dynamic and Static testing tools , Microservices vs monolith architecture and challenges in automation etc . Both interviews lasted 1 hr each .
3rd round was scheduled immediately next week and it was with a senior manager who again asked same type of questions from the previous rounds but they were more in depth and he wanted to know if you were a culture fit in the organisation.
4th Round was HR negotiation round where usual questions like how much are you expecting , what is the reason for change etc were asked.

Interview
Met with HR who explained the process and the position applied for, then an aptitude test was administered. Next I met with the potential boss, next met with her boss. It was warm and profession, yet somewhat informal. After interviewing, the HR rep explained what I should expect next in the process.
