Very little structure. Phone screen with recruiter, who contacted me the next day to set up an interview. Took a month before they scheduled the in person interviews. Internal recruiter was very positive about Medline but did not know a lot about the company. Peers to the hiring managers only had one question. Treated the interview as more informational. Hiring manager had a formal set of questions.
