As I recall, there was a relatively straightforward aptitude testing and some virtual conversations with the management team to discuss qualifications. Overall, it was not an intimidating interview process. The team was friendly and easy to engage with. There was a timely follow-up from the management team when the interview concluded to let me know next steps. I believe there may have been an initial phone interview/screening before any virtual meetings took place.
