Behavioral based. All very nice people and more of a conversation than interview. Questions about what is on your resume. Very easy process, but you should know what is on resume.

Interview
One phone interview and a two hour panel interview. Both went well and everyone who interviewed me was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Overall it was a great process and I'm very happy I had the opportunity to interview with Medpace.
