I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Medtronic
Interview
First, I received a phone interview where some calculation-based technical questions were asked. Then, I went on-site where I was interviewed by three people for about 30 minutes each. Most of the questions asked were related to my research experience, but there were also some basic technical questions and personality questions.

I was asked to specify the brand / type of an instrument I used in a past research project.
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Medtronic (Boston, MA)
Interview
Phone screening with a recruiter followed by a panel interview with the specific site that was interested in me. After phone screening, you move to the final round pool, where a Medtronic site can choose your resume for an interview if they're interested.

Question 1
Why are you interested in Medtronic? I did an axially loaded beam problem for the technical portion
Fair process, the interviewers asked good questions and asked me questions that were easy to approach and they did not leave anything to vague. The questions were all related to the job posting and description.
The First Round Interview was just behavioral. The overall experience is not bad, however it's kinda hard to understand what my interviewer is saying as English doesn't seem like their first language.
