Met with recruiter by zoom interview. Then 4 individual interviews with directors. Fairly straightforward and everyone was super nice. I would prepare by knowing HF guidance and writing down examples of teamwork, leadership, conflicts, big projects and deliverables you’ve worked on to discuss with the interviewer for answers for their questions

2 Interviews. The first one was more general with the overall approach. The second one was more specific about the daily work within Medtronic. The first one was arranged by fine and the other was in person with 2 MDT managers. They were very kind and relaxed
