I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic (Denver, CO) in Jan 2019
Interview
* 1 round with the recruiter regarding CV and background, interest in the company, etc. * 2 technical rounds involving a coding challenge and coding best practices * final interview regarding cultural fit and values
Good and smooth process and process was fast, interview completed with in 3 days and they released the offer, for the last round they asked for in person interview remaining rounds it was an virtual interview
They take 2-3 rounds including the initial round as well as technical round just to inform you that the position is on hold. Waste of time and energy as they will inform you in the end that the position is on hold.
