I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic
Interview
I was contacted for a screening interview and then I went on to have 7 more interviews. The day after the final interview I was told I did not get the position due to my lack of sales experience for an entry level role that did not require sales experience. It was a really frustrating and they could have not wasted my time given the sales experience was an issue. Emphasizing sales experience over clinical knowledge is not going to be beneficial when selling to providers who need to make decisions regarding products with patient lives on the line
