First, they will ask you for your personal information then will ask questions about metals and their characteristics, production processes as the passivation, knurling, laser marking.
You will have to be able to describe a project and explain the reason and the rationale for theatrical you chose and the dimensions you employed.

Interview
I had a total of 8 interviews for this position. Two interviews with managers within R&D then 6 interviews with a various other engineers and managers within R&D. The process took about 1-1.5 months and interviews were generally about past experiences and contained many questions attempting to assess my behavior and personality.

Very fair interview process. Initially a phone screening with different people and then a five interviews with different engineers. Good practice even though I did not receive the job. Will keep applying in the future.
