Overall very straightforward interview process. They hired a lot of my classmates. The pay is pretty decent for interns and low stress. Customer service is important for this job. Would recommend.

Asked since questions to see if you are the right person for the job, but they are from your own experiences in life. Every nice interviewer, and receptionist. Every much worth the anxiety for the interview.
