Der Ablauf des Vorstellungsgesprächs war relativ kurz. Zuerst hatte ich ein telefonisches Kennenlerngespräch mit der zuständigen Person aus dem Recruiting. In diesem Gespräch ging es um meinen beruflichen Hintergrund, meine Motivation und einige Rahmenbedingungen. Etwa eine Woche später habe ich per E-Mail eine Absage erhalten. Weitere Gesprächsrunden gab es danach nicht.

Interview mit HR Ansprechpartner und Teamleiter des Consulting.
Zuerst Vorstellung der Teilnehmer am Gespräch, dann Selbstpräsentation mit Fragen zum CV, Möglichkeit eigene Fragen zu stellen, eher angespannte Atmosphäre, typische Vorstellungsgespräch Fragen wurden von der Firma gestellt, Gespräch beendet mit Info, dass Ende der Woche Rückmeldung kommt. Seither nichts mehr von der Firma gehört, Ghosting in der Jobsuche ist auch nicht sehr hilfreich.

1.5hour interview with a HR rep and a tech person (in this case architect). Team Lead was also supposed to be there but couldn't make it.
At the beginning we did around 40ish minutes of going through my CV. The HR rep was very thorough there, interrupting to ask many questions, most of which seemed unimportant to me.
Then there was around 20ish minutes of technical questions, but it was just a Q&A type of thing, The architect went through a list and asked very basic, university-type questions like:
-difference between encryption vs encoding
-what is git rebase?
-what is squash commit
-What is the SQL profiler used for
-what is Dynamic SQL
-names for memory where value & reference types go
-static property - what does it mean?
-protected & internal
-casting?
-Collections - which ones, what do they do?
-Concurrent collection
-Reflection
-What does Finally do in a try catch block
-Role of the Garbage Collector
-What is LINQ
