3 rounds of interviews, one with Human Resources on the phone, and two with merchandising directors and inventory managers. There were two directors in each interview. Got a call back a few days later. Interviewed at their office in walker

First round was done through video responses. Received a follow up within a week. Two virtual interviews back to back each lasted an hour and was interviews by 2 people in each call. Really great interview process.

It was Hirevue interview , relatively easy but confusing alternating between voice answers and written answers. The written answers did not have a time limit. I don't think I would be taking part in anymore of these video interviews. In my opinion, it isn't a test of of competence.
